Man Killed in Sharp Weapon Attack in Dhanusha

 


Janakpurdham, July 31 — A man was killed in a sharp weapon attack in Sabaila Municipality–12, Raghunathpur, Dhanusha district, police said.

The deceased has been identified as 45-year-old Banthu Raut Gaderi, a resident of Malhaniya, Hanspur Municipality–3. He had been staying at the Hanuman Temple in Raghunathpur during the nights.

According to police, unidentified assailants attacked Gaderi with a sharp weapon on Thursday night, killing him at the scene.

Police officers reached the site soon after receiving information about the incident and have launched an investigation. Authorities said the motive behind the murder and the identity of those involved are yet to be established.

Police have intensified their investigation and are searching for those responsible for the killing.
