Kathmandu, September 22-Prime Minister Balendra Shah has departed for the United States to attend the 81st United Nations General Assembly. Acting Prime Minister and Finance Minister Dr. Swarnim Wagle bid farewell to Shah before his departure and presented him with a book on the rise and fall of major world powers.
